The is a 12 week program with one to one contact and consulting with Julie.
What we will do:
- There will be a weekly group phone call every Monday morning to get the week started off on a high POSITIVE note.
- The first week we will go over the foundation of the program and get started with the 1st step.
- Weeks 2-11 participants will learn and apply 2 steps per week.
- The final week will be an interactive review and the group will share their thoughts and “aha” moments.
