For this and other reasons good health is more than simply having a good diet, exercise, and vitamin routine. It is also imperative that you take care of your brain. If your brain isn't healthy and happy then you're not healthy and happy.
This is why it is so important that in addition to your regular healthy lifestyle you are careful to maintain positive thinking and a happy brain. You will have difficulty doing this if you live most of your life outside of your true brain lead spending second for second more energy in your brain than you need to.
